Function: SOLIS-line plasticiser based on polycarboxylate ethers — a water-reducing admixture designed for mixes requiring high flowability, good cohesion and stable behaviour over time. It reduces the amount of water while maintaining the required consistency, promoting higher density and improved properties of the hardened concrete.

Application: ready-mix and precast concrete; road, bridge, high-performance (HPC) and self-compacting (SCC) concrete; reinforced and prestressed concrete; frost-resistant mixes in combination with an air-entraining admixture.

Properties: improves consistency and workability without increasing the amount of water, supports pumpability and placement of the mix, allows a low W/C ratio to be achieved while retaining flowability; may be combined with other products in the Admitex range after trials.
