Introduction
What are plasticising admixtures?
Plasticising admixtures are chemical additives for concrete that reduce the friction forces between cement particles. As a result, the mix becomes more fluid and easier to place, without any negative impact on the compressive strength of the concrete. They also allow the amount of mixing water to be reduced while maintaining the required consistency.
